(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information, including personal information about users, in connection with the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

In such cases, the Company will promptly suspend such use in accordance with its established procedures. To prevent and rectify unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we have established internal regulations and are committed to implementing security measures. To achieve these objectives, we have implemented the following measures:

If we receive a request from a user or their representative, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, for notification of the purpose of use of personal information; disclosure; correction, addition, or deletion of the content; suspension of use; erasure; suspension of provision to third parties; or disclosure of records of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”), we will confirm that the request is from the user or their representative and promptly disclose the information to the user or their representative (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will notify the user or their representative to that effect). . However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to disclose such information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations. Please note that we charge a handling fee (1,000 yen per request) for the disclosure of personal information.
